Each piece is painted by hand by Mexican artisans, so the design lives a little differently on every birdbath that leaves the workshop.

Where the black version reads dramatic and graphic, this white version reads soft and luminous — beautiful against a stucco wall, tucked into a shaded garden bed, or paired with terracotta and ferns for warm Spanish-style courtyard energy. The monarch carries quiet symbolism in Mexican folk art: a marker of return, transformation, and remembrance. Birds welcome but not required.
