Delivery Responsibility
For large or freight deliveries:

• Customers must inspect the item upon delivery

• Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier before accepting the shipment

• Failure to note damage at delivery may affect claim eligibility

Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access (driveway, gate, etc.). Missed or failed delivery attempts may result in additional fees.
