At Patio Rosa, each piece is carefully selected and prepared for shipment with attention to detail and quality.

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following return policy:

Returns
We accept returns on standard items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Item must be in original packaging

• Return must be approved prior to shipment

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Large or freight-shipped items

• Custom or made-to-order pieces

• Final sale items

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item and may take 5–10 business days.

Refused Deliveries
Orders refused at delivery will be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees.
